Our community was subject to total loss after the Lorca earthquakes. Our building has been rebuilt and most of us have paid our money to thr developer, however several have not and they are demending their keys. The community administrator and president have caved into pressure has said they will give the keys. How can i stop this, if they never pay their monies owed, the rest of us are liable for the cost of their properties. Can i get an injunction, how do i do it?
