I have assets in Spain and I would like to make a Spanish Will to assure my assets are left to the people I really want. As far as I know, if you are a foreign resident, you have to make a Spanish Will with special clauses in order to interpreter my wishes in the way that I want. What is the procedure to make a Spanish Will?
