I have received a fine of € 300. According to the Authorities, it was because I went over the speed limit (which I am not sure is really true) and they also mention something about 3 points and I don’t really know what they mean. Could you please explain to me how the driving system works in Spain and what the 3 points thing is about? Thanks.
